Hey there Guys,

Just wanted to share some links today with recipes and guides to “Paleo Eating”.

Why Paleo? Well I am glad you asked.

For me, Paleo is a great way to think about eating. Lots of natural foods as close to the source, exactly as nature intended, low carb and not highly manufactured.

I have been doing a lot of reading in the Paleo arena and it really has clicked with me, so today I want to share a few links for you to check out.

First up are two books that I think are are well worth reading.

The first book is The Paleo Solution by Robb Wolf.

This book gives a great explanation of exactly how we used to eat and how by getting back to our natural eating style we can guide our body towards vibrant health.  To quote one of the reviews @ Amazon (5 stars by the way)…

I definitely didn’t expect it to be this enjoyable! Loved all the humor and the geeked-out info as well.

The information is very concise – with a lot covered in few pages. As someone who already follows a paleo life style, I know it works but wasn’t very clear on all the reasoning behind the results. Robb pretty much cleared up every question I could have asked plus I have lots of new recipes to try!

You can check out The Paleo Solution here @ Amazon.

The second resource I recommend is The Primal Blueprint by Mark Sisson. It’s another great read, and covers much of the same ground as  The Paleo Solution, but me being me, I always like to get a second opinion.

Given that both are available on the kindle you can pick up both for less then the cost of dinner out for one.

If you would like to check out a great free resource I highly recommend reading “The Consise Paleo Diet” over at Naturally Engineered.

This is a great read, 100% free and a perfect introduction to all things Paleo.

Finally the last link I would like to share is with Brock Brown and his fantastic blog “My Paleo Life“. He has put together a great resource of books and links that I have already spent the past two hours devouring. You might like to check it out as well.

Consider today a bit of a research day into primal lifestyle and eating. ;)

Now for a nice steak dinner!

Yours in good health.

Dr George
